Key Responsibilities:

This is a mid to senior level role which requires a motivated self-starter who can hit the ground running, quickly learning and mastering our unique value proposition and installation process, overcoming challenges and generating results.  Specifically, this will include:

  • Ability to read floor plans and elevations
  • Strong finish carpentry skills
  • Cabinetry building skills
  • Ability to work as a team member and problem solve
  • Ability to use commercial shop equipment and tools
  • General construction knowledge: process, management, et


  • Close fit with the description above
  • Live in Madison area
  • Command of the English language – written and verbal
  • Strong phone and personal presence
  • Comfortable with office technology, CRM and smart phones
  • Outstanding personal and professional references
  • License and clean driving record

Strongly preferred but not required:

  • Experience with cabinetry building, refacing, trim carpentry and custom design
  • Design and/or remodeling background
  • Sales experience
